I work at the intersection of research and design.
At TOPdesk, I design for enterprise IT teams, a context where complexity is real, users are experts in their own domains, and the cost of a confusing interface is measured in hours of wasted time. I take that seriously.
My approach combines structured UX research with pragmatic product design. I care about understanding problems before solving them, and about making sure what I ship actually holds up when it meets real users.
